Two complete settings: two Vega dinner plates, two Vega pasta bowls and two Ambra tumblers. It is the smallest arrangement that lets two people eat a two-course meal without washing anything in between.

The ceramics are dishwasher- and microwave-safe; the hand-blown glass is neither, and is not for hot drinks. Each piece's own page carries its full record, and the printed card in the box repeats the care instructions for all three.

Body & glaze
Two Vega dinner plates and two Vega pasta bowls in iron-speckled stoneware fired to 1240°C; two Ambra tumblers in free-blown amber soda-lime glass. All food-safe and lead-free.

Finish & variation
Satin matte bone glaze on the ceramics with speckle varying piece to piece; clear struck amber on the glass with trapped bubbles and uneven wall thickness. Pieces within a set are not identical to each other and are not intended to be.
Made
Thrown, glazed and fired in northern Portugal. Glass free-blown by mouth in northern Portugal.

Care

  • Ceramics: dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe to 180°C from a cold start.
  • Glass: hand-wash only, in warm water, dried with a linen cloth.
  • Do not put the tumblers in the dishwasher with the plates.

Cautions

  • The glass is not for hot drinks, the dishwasher, the freezer, the oven or the microwave. Soda-lime glass fails by thermal shock.
  • The ceramics are not for the freezer, the broiler or a direct flame.
  • A set is dispatched as one shipment; if a single piece arrives damaged we replace that piece, not the set.
